What can I expect from a session?
A Root Cause Session is holistic and body centred in nature. You will be asked some gentle questions around your symptom or issue, then together we’ll explore your body’s experience of your situation, helping you to identify suppressed emotions, thought patterns and beliefs.
This session is an opportunity to gain insights into your body’s wisdom and hidden emotional truths, helping you understand and address what's truly going on beneath the surface.

All sessions are confidential and your privacy is assured.
What happens after I book?
When you book in my Calendly page, you can select a date and time that suits you in your time zone. You'll then receive a confirmation email, and a reminder 24 hours before our session. There's no need to pre-prepare for our session; however I suggest prioritising one main issue for us to focus on. You're always welcome to book additional sessions if needed.
How many sessions will I need?
A single Root Cause Session can offer powerful insight and support for an issue you're currently navigating. It’s ideal if you're looking for a fresh perspective, emotional release, or to join the dots on something that’s been bothering you.
However, deeper patterns usually take time and space to fully unravel — especially if you're navigating a transition, a repeating issue, or something your body has been holding for a while. If you're wanting more sustained support, a 3-session Root Cause package offers a more spacious journey to explore what's unfolding, integrate insights and gently shift patterns layer by layer. This is where the deeper transformation tends to unfold — with room to return, reflect, and receive support as your inner landscape shifts.
What would you say if I’m feeling nervous about what might be uncovered in a Root Cause Session.
Feeling nervous is completely understandable! It can be daunting to explore what’s beneath the surface within us. I assure you we’ll go at your pace, respecting your body's natural process and timing. There is no pressure to force or push through anything.
The process is collaborative and you have the option to pause or take breaks during the session at any point if needed.
What do I do if something big comes up in my sessions, such as a memory or a powerful emotion?
It’s normal for past memories and emotions to arise during a session. Emotions are welcome, even though I appreciate it’s not always comfortable when they come up! Often in daily life, we’ll do anything to avoid feeling our deeper emotions, which is why it can be a surprise how much our body is actually holding onto underneath our conscious awareness.
I have extensive training and experience in being able to support you and hold space for whatever emotions or memories arise, and we go very gently. That said, I know from working with many clients how deeply healing and transformative it can be for your body to release what it’s been holding, sometimes for years without us knowing.
Is there anything I need to do after the session to help me integrate and process the experience?
Post-session, it's important to be gentle with yourself and allow space for the work we’ve done to settle and integrate. If you feel the need for further support, please schedule a follow-up session. If you have any questions following a session, you can email me here.

Can you guarantee I won’t have any pain or my symptoms will disappear after our session?
No, there is no guarantee of specific outcomes or the disappearance of symptoms. While many possibilities exist and the body has a natural capacity for healing, each person's journey is unique.
