Hi, I'm Laurelle. With over 19 years of combined experience in counselling, mentoring, group facilitation, women’s circle work, Root Cause Practice and Supervision, I've been providing supervision for mentors and practitioners for over 8 years - including 5 years supervising groups and mentors in a not-for-profit org and 3 years supervising Root Cause Practitioners in depth within the Root Cause Program in their 1:1 client work..

Practitioner Mentoring Options:
RCP Practitioner Support (1 hour): $165 AUD
Focused debrief and reflective support for Root Cause Practitioners and Advanced RCP Interns (without video review).
RCP Supervision with Video Review (1 hour): $250 AUD
Bring a client session recording to supervision. Please email me two 10-minute clips from your recording, along with a brief note on what you'd like to explore, at least 48 hours before our session. We'll spend our hour on those moments.
3-Session RCP Practitioner Support Package: $450 AUD
Three 60-minute sessions (without video review). To be used within 4 months of purchase. Payment plan available on request
3-Session RCP Supervision with Video Review Package: $675 AUD
Three 60-minute supervision sessions, each with two 10-minute clips reviewed. To be used within 4 months of purchase. Payment plan available on request.
How to send your clips: Share your recording via a private link (such as a Zoom link with password, WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox), to me by email here. Please also include your 2 × 10 min time stamps and reflections (if desired) at least 48 hours before each session.
